Afghani spin web Rashid Khan has achieved a remarkable feat in T20s by becoming highest wicket taker. Rashid has been a spin sensation since his debut in this format. He has played a lot of cricket in this format. His inclusion is not only in IPL but he plays for various other leagues in countries.
He plays BBL and CPL and SA20, He has achieved this feat in such a small age. At the age of 26 he become the leading wicket taker in T20. He achieved this feat playing for MI capetown against Paarl Royals in qualifier where he took 2 wickets and helped his team to reach the finals.
Rashid surpass the 5 time Champion
Rashid not only helping his team to reach finals of SA20 ,but he broke the record of Dwayne Bravo who previously had this record to his name. Rashid Khan has played 461 T20 matches where he took 633 wickets. Where else previously the record was with Chennai super kings legendary bowler Dwayne Bravo who has taken 631 wickets playing 582 matches.
On claiming this feat Rashid Khan was asked for it what he is been feeling by achieving this remarkable feat. He says I am really thankful to god, I had never thoughtful of records but glad I did that. But if you ask me this 10 years before my answer would be something different.
