Mostly Bishnoi had the interest of playing cricket but didn’t had the enough facilities to play. Still he didn’t lose his hope due to his determination and hard work he made a place in Ranji team. Then into under 19 team in 2020. Soon he impressed everyone with his bowling. Bishnoi made his IPL start with Punjab where he was bought by Punjab Kings. Then in mega auction of IPL 2022 he was brought by Lucknow franchise for 4 crore. For them he had the best outing with them, In IPL 2025 auction Ravi has been retained by Lucknow for 11 crore.
