Its been a rest time for Jasprit Bumrah after a long Bgt series against Australia. Bumrah captained the side in the absence of captain Rohit Sharma where they secured their series with a win but later on to few changes and teams drastic failure, India has to lose the series after 10 long years. Though Jasprit Bumrah contribution was exceptional in that where he took 32 wickets and was player of the series for the tournament.
Now Bumrah is on small break where he is enjoying his time with family. Inbetween of that he had a back sprain issue which was in consultation where he could take part on Champions Trophy which starts from this February. But later Bumrah inclusion in the champions Trophy squard ended the speculation talk.

Bumrah Chants all over concert
Cold Play live concert held on 26 January on the eve of Republic Day in Ahmedabad, In Narendra Modi stadium Gujrat. The show was a power packed one where 134,000 people attended the concert. The special occasion happened when in between the show the camera was panned to Jasprit Bumrah who was enjoying the concert. People erupted when they saw their fast bowler on the big screen.
People chanted Bumrah! Bumrah. Chris Martin the showman of the concert capitilize the moment and dedicated a special song for him.
He sang impromptu, weaving heartfelt lyrics about Bumrah’s cricketing prowess.The performance of him was a tribute testament to the global recognition of Bumrah’s talent, as Martin mentioned him “the best bowler in the whole of cricket. Bumrah too enjoyed the moment, the smile in his face clearly indicated that he was calm and enjoying the concert at his fullest.
Soon Bumrah will be gearing for his next assignment which is Champions Trophy hosted by Pakistan. Then to join Mumbai Indians for IPL2025, till that time he is away from cricket and enjoying his time.
