Karun Nair is really in form of his life, Where he had a stellar performance in recent Vijay Hazare Trophy where he scored 779 runs for Vidarbha in 9 innings. Nair cricket life has seen many ups and downs but still he persist the hunger to get into national side. Recently team India revealed their squard for Champions Trophy 2025,Everyone thought that Karun Nair recent performance would have capture selectors eyes.
Unfortunately Nair couldn’t steam his place in the squad. As in recent squad declaration chief selector Ajith Agarkar too applauded Nair great run record “ He said scoring 750 plus runs is just insane but the squard consists of only 15 members. After scoring huge 300 runs everyone thought he would be next sensation in batting but poor patch of rough performance really declined him. He tried his level best to come up but couldn’t manage to come up.

Karun Nair posted the tweet for beholding the faith in him. From there it was never a stop for Nair his performance started boosting himself. After the champions trophy name squarding, Nair was asked about it. It is quite dissapointing but he is fully focused on upcoming Ranji Trophy. Nair is thankful for Delhi team for showing the faith on him
He further says I am thankful to Delhi capitals team for showing faith on me. I am really excited for the season and expect a good season with bat aiming to give Delhi their maiden IPL trophy. Nair has been picked by Delhi at the base price of 50 Lakh. Nair started his IPL career with Royal Challengers Bangalore . In IPL 2014 he was with RR which was his best year. Then he was bought by Delhi in 2016 which his good season too. In next few IPL season he didn’t get as many chances. As per his recent form he can be a trumph card Delhi capitals which is eyeing for his maiden IPL trophy.
