Devdutt Padikkal is an left hand batsman who plays domestic for Karnataka. He was born on 07 July 2000. He had a stellar season of Ranji and Syed Mustaq Ali , later he found by RCB scouts. In 2019 he was bought by RCB for 20 lakhs. He had the best season of 2020 where scored above 400 and named as emerging player of the tournament. In 2022 Rajasthan bought him for 7 crores. He played for them for two season, Last year he was acquired by Lucknow for 7 crores but he had a mediocre  season. In this year IPL 2025 he has been bought back by RCB for 2 crores
