Dushmanta Chameera is a right arm fast bowler who plays for Sri Lanka cricket team. He was born on January 11,1992. He is widely recognized for his fast bowling and plays all format for Sri Lanka. He was first seen in 2012 local tournament where his potential was seen. Chameera has faced challenges with injuries that have impacted his career. Knee issues since 2015 have contributed to a decrease in his speed and sporadic appearances in the Sri Lankan team. He made his ipl debut in 2018 for Rajasthan Royals but due to injury he had to withdraw. In Ipl 2025 Delhi capitals acquired his services for 75 Lakhs.
